What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and developing advanced computing tools for Automated Volume Diagnostics (AVD) to analyze defect candidate data sets and reveal yield limiters in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Supporting, maintaining, and gradually replacing existing TCL-based diagnostic tools with newly developed C++/Python solutions.
- Integrating cloud-based software solutions with workstation-based applications for Silicon Lifetime Management (SLM) projects.
- Enhancing and porting client-server solutions to cloud environments, including statistical metrics calculations, visualization (tables, charts, graphics), and data generation algorithms.
- Implementing parallelization and optimization strategies for large-scale calculations and diagnostics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring architectural integrity and high performance.
- Debugging, profiling, and benchmarking software to ensure reliability, scalability, and optimal memory usage across platforms.

What You’ll Need:
- Strong proficiency in C++ (including STL and modern standards C++11/17), Python, and TCL scripting.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming methodologies.
- Expertise in algorithms, data structures, distributed computing, and concurrency techniques.
- Experience with software debugging tools such as GDB and MS Visual Studio.
- Ability to benchmark, profile performance, and optimize memory usage.
- Familiarity with Linux Bash and working in Linux operating system environments.
- Knowledge of statistical metrics, data visualization, and parallel computation is highly desirable.
