You Are:
You are an enthusiastic and detail-oriented engineer with a passion for custom analog design. With a solid background in Custom Design flow and over 3 years of hands-on experience, you are adept at developing and verifying circuit simulation models that accurately reflect the behavior of the actual circuit. Your expertise spans DC/AC/Transient analysis, Cross corners PVT, Equivalency checks, Aging, EMIR/SHE Reliability analysis, and MonteCarlo simulations. You thrive in a team environment and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Your communication skills are strong, and you possess a mid to advanced level of English proficiency. You are committed to innovation and eager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and verify custom analog blocks for advanced technology nodes for 56GBPS+ SerDes PHYs.
- Review and provide recommendations for the layout implementations of custom analog blocks.
- Prepare and report technical documentation and reports to peers and upper-level management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analog blocks.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the reliability and performance of analog designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Drive the development of high-performance analog blocks that are critical to our SerDes PHYs.
- Enhance the reliability and efficiency of our custom analog designs, contributing to the overall success of our products.
- Support the rapid integration of new capabilities into SoCs, reducing time-to-market for our customers.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering the growth of junior engineers.
- Ensure that our analog designs meet stringent performance, power, and size requirements.
- Contribute to innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible in chip design and software security.
What You’ll Need:
- Knowledge in Custom Design flow with over 3 years of hands-on experience in custom analog design.
- Proficiency in developing and verifying circuit simulation models.
- Experience with DC/AC/Transient analysis, Cross corners PVT, Equivalency checks, Aging, EMIR/SHE Reliability analysis, and MonteCarlo simulations.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring.
- Good communication skills and a mid to advanced level of English proficiency.
