We are seeking a skilled Sr Data Analyst to join our Analytics team within the Corporate Strategy organization. This hands-on role requires a combination of analytical competency, data analysis and visualization expertise to drive actionable insights and develop data-driven products that enhance business performance and optimize operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a confident professional with broad skills in analyzing and solving complex business problems, executing complex analysis, writing and presenting findings.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Utilize statistical and data science techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for analytics purposes.
- Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for users in the access and reporting of data.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data product management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a data analyst or finance analyst, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Python, or other data manipulation languages; experience with data governance.
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Self-motivated and analytical thinker with ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive business strategy and decision-making.
