You Are:

As the ideal candidate for the Applications Engineering Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience and a solid foundation in electrical, electronics, or computer engineering. With a minimum of 8 years in the SoC/IP/Subsystems DFT domain, you possess deep expertise in design and verification processes. You are a seasoned leader, capable of guiding a team of engineers responsible for DFT field execution. Your track record in technical DFT project execution is impeccable, and your project management skills are a significant advantage.

You excel in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your problem-solving abilities are top-notch, allowing you to develop and implement complex DFT methodologies that enhance test coverage and optimize production yield. Exceptional verbal and written communication, leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential to your success in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of engineers in executing DFT projects and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Developing and implementing advanced DFT methodologies to enhance test coverage and optimize production yield.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align DFT strategies with overall design and verification processes.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of DFT programs.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored DFT solutions that meet their needs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in the SoC/IP/Subsystems DFT domain.
  • Proficiency in DFT, including scan & ATPG, memory BIST, logic BIST, analog test, and post-silicon support.
  • Strong understanding of design flow from specification/micro-architecture definition to design and verification, timing analysis, and physical design.
  • Experience with DFT for complex SoC/IP/Subsystems.
