You Are:

A highly skilled and experienced Applications Engineering professional passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology. You have a deep understanding of complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software or networked and/or wireless systems. Your technical expertise is complemented by your ability to troubleshoot, repair, and debug intricate systems. You thrive in dynamic environments, working with limited supervision to determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively interact with various stakeholders within and outside your immediate team. Your problem-solving abilities are exceptional, and you are adept at evaluating complex issues from multiple angles. Your experience and knowledge enable you to make a significant impact, driving operational, functional, and business targets to achieve departmental results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment.
• Supporting computer systems, complex software, and networked and/or wireless systems.
• Evaluating complex issues and determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Communicating effectively with parties within and outside the subfamily area.
• Contributing to the achievement of operational, functional, or business targets impacting department results.
