What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment and computer systems.
  • Assisting customers with technical issues related to Synopsys products and solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Conducting technical training sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Documenting and communicating technical solutions and best practices.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
