You Are:
You are a passionate and dedicated engineer with a strong background in physical implementation and RTL-GDS. With at least 5 years of experience in the field, you thrive on solving complex PPA challenges and have a proven track record of debugging and resolving synthesis and PnR implementation issues autonomously. You are proficient in scripting languages like Tcl, Unix, and Perl, and have excellent communication skills that enable you to interface effectively with customers and business unit personnel. You are self-motivated, innovative, and eager to work with the latest Synopsys implementation technologies to drive customer success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working on benchmarks to displace competing implementation solutions.
- Developing and debugging RTL-GDS implementation methodologies and flows.
- Providing technical solutions by identifying and resolving design and EDA tool issues for customers.
- Translating findings into requirements for R&D to improve tool behavior and develop long-term solutions.
- Deploying new technologies on the latest EDA versions and enabling customer migration to achieve the best PPA.
- Proactively understanding customer pain points and developing innovative solutions. - Interacting closely with Synopsys R&D and product development teams to develop future technologies.
- Acting as a customer advocate while engaging with in-house R&D and being a product brand ambassador.

What You’ll Need:
- At least 5 years of experience in Physical Implementation RTL-GDS.
- Proficiency in Synopsys implementation tools is an advantage.
