The best qualification calls are not scripts, they are real exchanges where you listen for what matters and connect it to what you know your product can solve. You do not wait for perfect information before picking up the phone. You ask the right questions, read between the lines, and know when an inquiry is worth routing to sales and when it needs more nurturing.

You are comfortable moving between a tradeshow booth in Taipei, a follow-up email to a prospect in Singapore, and a CRM update that actually helps the account team. You think in terms of pipeline, not just activity. At Synopsys, you will work across Taiwan, ASEAN, and ANZ, turning marketing interest into real business opportunities for our Software Integrity and Security business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Qualify inbound leads from campaigns, events, and web inquiries for Synopsys S&A products across Taiwan, ASEAN, and ANZ
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges, technical environment, and buying timeline, then route qualified opportunities to the right sales owner
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and turn interest into pipeline using email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage with prospects at Synopsys events and tradeshows, gather account intelligence, and update Salesforce with contact details and next steps
  • Work with sales, channel partners, and marketing to align on lead criteria, territory segmentation, and campaign priorities
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records with lead status, engagement history, and context that helps sales teams before their first call

  • You will help build a cleaner, more useful CRM by ensuring every lead record includes real context, not just contact information
  • The process improvements you suggest will make the entire lead development function more efficient over time

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 2-3 years of full-time work experiences.
  • Experience in inside sales, marketing, lead qualification, or customer-facing roles, including internships or contract work
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  • Comfort initiating phone conversations with prospects, asking open-ended questions, and handling objections
  • Experience working in Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus

  • You are organized enough to manage 30 open leads at once without losing track of who needs a follow-up and when
  • You are comfortable working across time zones and cultures, adjusting your communication style without losing clarity
  • You know how to update a CRM record so the next person who reads it actually understands what happened and what to do next
