What You'll Be Doing
- Join our R&D team and work on exciting hardware security IP projects, exploring the world of cryptographic solutions
- Get hands-on experience prototyping and benchmarking cryptographic hardware IPs using cutting-edge technology
- Dive into security analysis and help us understand how to make our cryptographic hardware IPs even stronger
- Contribute your fresh ideas to improving Synopsys' cryptographic IP cores, focusing on efficiency and security
- Explore modern cryptography including areas like post-quantum cryptography and protection against side-channel attacks
What You'll Need
- You're pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or something similar
- You're curious about security and have taken some courses or have interest in digital hardware, cryptography, and/or embedded systems
- You have some background in security and cryptography — even introductory knowledge works! We're here to help you learn more
- You enjoy solving puzzles and can work through technical information in a logical way
- You're a team player who likes to take initiative and can communicate your ideas clearly, whether you're writing or presenting
- Nice to have - any experience with digital hardware design, FPGAs, or development boards would be awesome, but we're happy to teach you!
