Synopsys is seeking a Signal and Power Integrity (SIPI) Engineer. Candidates with a can-do attitude, quick learning and solid electronic skills are welcome. You will be working with a global, highly skilled and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and document SIPI methodologies and requirements with IP design teams
- Perform SIPI model extraction, simulation, specification compliance and document performance results
- Reviews test chip and customer package and PCB designs
- SIPI customer support on Synopsys IP products
- IBIS-AMI model developments for enterprise IPs such as PCI Express, Ethernet, UCIe, DDR, LPDDR, HBM, etc
- Key Contributors on task-oriented projects, while networking with senior internal/external teams
- Has strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of 5+ year of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ year of relevant experience
- Skillsets: familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environment, ADS, Hspice, HFSS, SIWave, PowerSI, Python, TCL, Matlab, AI & ML experience
