What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design, develop, and deliver global security training and awareness programs tailored to different roles and regions.
  • Create engaging, original training content—webinars, brown bags, tabletop exercises, guest speaker events, and more.
  • Administer and expand the Security Advocates program, empowering team members to champion security in their departments.
  • Write and curate cybersecurity communications for corporate newsletters, intranet sites, and SharePoint platforms.
  • Manage and track team-level communications, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business and technical leaders to drive brand awareness for the cybersecurity team globally.
  • Contribute creative ideas for new engagement initiatives, leveraging feedback and data to continuously improve impact.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years in a cybersecurity-related role.
  • General knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors LMS is preferred.
  • Experience in vendor management and risk management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI security and customer advocacy is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build programs and content from scratch.
