You Are:

You have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and multimedia content creation. Your experience includes working with various design tools such as Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to identify learning needs and design effective solutions. You thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality. Your ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges sets you apart. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the design and development of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and multimedia content.
• Proactively able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs and design effective solutions.
• Utilize various design and development tools such as Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia to create engaging and interactive content.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance data to inform design decisions.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with Synopsys' brand guidelines and learning objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and program development.
• Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness of learning solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and development tools such as Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
