You Are:
As an ideal candidate for EMEA People Consultant role, you have deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, particularly within the French market. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven track record of managing complex labor relations and HR transformations. You are adept at managing HR escalations, labor relations, and organizational changes, always prioritizing the well-being and development of employees. Your proficiency in HR systems along with your ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, makes you an invaluable asset to our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering clear, timely, and accurate HR advice to employees, managers and leadership on policies, processes and best practice.
- Partner with Shared Services Team to continuously assess and improve HR service delivery by identifying pain points, streamlining processes, and leveraging HR technologies to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Lead manager integration programs, including orientation sessions, follow-ups, and coaching to help new leaders transition successfully.
- Support M&A activities: employment changes, new country set up/shutdown in cooperation with M&A team and legal.
- Operationalize changes in labor law in partnership with employment legal team.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit survey data to identify trends and drive proactive retention strategies.
- Support performance management processes, including coaching managers on informal and formal performance improvement plans.

- Facilitating strategic workforce transitions and business transformations.
- Driving employee engagement and retention through targeted HR initiatives.
- Ensuring smooth integration of new managers and post-acquisition teams.
- Enhancing overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of HR experience;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in a high-growth, transformation-driven environment with a focus on HR operations, employee relations, and business enablement.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage HR escalations, labor relations, and organizational change in a dynamic business setting.
- Proficiency in French language and experience with French labor law/market.
