Applications Engineering, Engineer - PD

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer specializing in Physical Design to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our customers' needs, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful implementation of our physical design solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for physical design challenges.
- Utilize expertise in physical design methodologies, tools, and flows to support customer projects and address technical issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate customers on best practices and optimize their use of our physical design solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and customer support, to drive product improvements and address customer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in physical design to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge about EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics for physical design and verification is a plus.

- Experience with scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, or Python for automation and tool customization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as it would facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking clients or team members.
- Strong debugging skills and the ability to analyze and resolve critical issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
