You Are:
An experienced Organizational Design practioner passionate about shaping the future of companies through strategic organizational transformations. You possess a deep understanding of OD modeling tools and talent intelligence, and are adept at workforce planning, especially in the context of M&A due diligence and integration. You thrive in dynamic environments and are skilled at navigating complex organizational challenges with minimal oversight. Your expertise allows you to implement strategic goals that directly impact department results, and you are comfortable communicating with stakeholders within and outside your functional area. Your extensive experience enables you to evaluate unique issues and contribute meaningfully to organizational objectives. Additionally, you bring consultative skills honed through experience in multinational companies, offering a unique lens and understanding of how strategies impact business outcomes. This is a one-year consulting position designed for a forward-looking professional who can inform the business with innovative insights and follow through execution with critical OD projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•
Executing organizational design projects to support M&A integration and People (PPL) team transformation, owning the efforts from end to end.
•
Utilizing OD modeling tools to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
•
Conducting comprehensive M&A due diligence to identify integration opportunities and challenges.
•
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and transformation processes.
•
Developing and communicating organizational design strategies to key stakeholders.
•
Providing expert guidance on talent intelligence to inform decision-making and strategy development.
