You Are:

An experienced Organizational Design practioner passionate about shaping the future of companies through strategic organizational transformations. You possess a deep understanding of OD modeling tools and talent intelligence, and are adept at workforce planning, especially in the context of M&A due diligence and integration. What You’ll Be Doing:

Executing organizational design projects to support M&A integration and People (PPL) team transformation, owning the efforts from end to end.

Utilizing OD modeling tools to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.

•

Conducting comprehensive M&A due diligence to identify integration opportunities and challenges.

•

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and transformation processes.

•

Developing and communicating organizational design strategies to key stakeholders.

•

Providing expert guidance on talent intelligence to inform decision-making and strategy development.
