You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for technology and innovation. You have direct experience in SoC design verification and validation using either simulation or emulation, or both. Your technical expertise includes a strong understanding of RTL, testbench, synthesis, and timing analysis concepts. You are proficient in Unix/Linux development environments and have knowledge of scripting languages like Tcl and Python. You excel in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills. You are motivated to help customers achieve their verification and validation goals and possess sound troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. You have the capability to lead high-complexity technical tasks that span multiple teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment, are detail-oriented, and are committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Exploring customers' current verification methodologies and defining solutions that bridge simulation and emulation.
• Providing end-to-end ownership of key accounts and initiatives, focusing on product development and collaboration with R&D teams.
• Driving product demonstrations, evaluations, and competitive platform benchmarking in customer-facing roles.
• Serving as the single key contact for all technical challenges on specific accounts or projects.
• Defining requirement specifications, ramping up product validation teams, and tracking product development and customer delivery.
• Conducting internal technical evaluations, trainings, and leveraging close interactions with customers, R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams.

What You’ll Need:

• Direct experience in SoC design verification/validation using either simulation or emulation or both.
• Strong understanding of RTL, testbench, synthesis, mapping RTL to Xilinx FPGA-based platforms, and Unix/Linux development environments.
• Good understanding of synthesis and timing analysis concepts.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and scripting languages like Tcl and Python is a plus.
• Excellent customer interface, negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
