What You’ll Be Doing:

·Internalizing customer problems and break it down the solution into composable software services, like Lego blocks.

·Designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, testable, and performant backend systems.

·Optimizing databases for large data volumes and read/write patterns.

·Collaborating with cross-functional teams (frontend and product) to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.

·Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

·Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and bugs.

·Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.

What You’ll Need:

·BE / B. Tech / M. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in software development.

·Strong technical skills and proficiency in Python, C++, Cypher.

·Proficiency in distributed backend system design, relational & graph databases, micro-service architecture.

·Knowledge of software development processes, debugging full-stack applications, and Git-based development practices.
