What You’ll Be Doing:

* Verification Application Engineers have abundant exposure to various design styles and verification methodologies that are being used in the industry today. The Application Engineer position gives you the opportunity to be part of a fantastic team working towards a mutual goal of enabling customer success. They partner with customers on new technology deployments, methodology guidance, critical issue resolution and technical account management. They work on activities including product demonstrations, evaluations and benchmarking. They play a key role in account planning. They work with the account team to develop solutions for customer problems based on their insight into the customers' needs and issues. They give technical feedback to Synopsys Research & Development and product development teams on issues that customers face in the field, recommended enhancements, Beta testing etc. This position allows the candidate to learn the state-of-art verification flows/methodology and work on deployment of new age techniques involving Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence.

The Impact You Will Have:

* This role requires Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Electronics with 2-6 years of related experience.
 The candidate should have good communication both verbal and written skills.
The candidate should be proficient with HDL programming languages (Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog), C/C++, Unix,
 The candidate should have extensive experience in working with Simulation and Debug techniques.
 Candidate should have exposure to Low power verification .
 The person should be knowledgeable on Verification methodologies (OVM, UVM, VMM) and flows.
 The candidate must be a good team player.
 Candidate should also have excellent negotiation, planning and customer interfacing skills.
 Knowledge on industry standard protocols like USB, AMBA, PCIE and knowledge of Formal technologies preferred.

What You’ll Need:

 * Strong technical background in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
 * Experience with software and hardware testing and validation.
 * Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
 * Ability to develop and deliver technical training sessions.
