You Are

  You are a forward-thinking AI engineer with a strong foundation in software development and a passion for applying Generative AI and agentic systems to real-world enterprise challenges.   Your expertise spans LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex. You write clean, modular, and well-tested Python code, and you understand what it takes to move from prototype to production—observability, evaluation, and reliability.

You are familiar with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure context sharing and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) for connecting AI services across enterprise systems. You’re motivated by the opportunity to transform business processes across HR, Finance, Legal, and beyond, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect and develop GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI applications for enterprise functions.
• Design and deploy AI-powered copilots and multi-step agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Build ETL pipelines for document ingestion, parsing, and enrichment, enabling enterprise-scale knowledge integration.
• Integrate and experiment with LLMs and GenAI platforms (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, LLaMA) for optimal solution fit.
• Implement MCP-based context sharing and A2A integrations to enable seamless interoperability across enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices for secure and scalable integration.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and productionization practices for reliable deployments.
• Establish observability and evaluation frameworks (logging, tracing, prompt tracking, quality metrics) to ensure system reliability.
• Write high-quality Python code following best practices for maintainability, performance, and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optionally contribute to UI development using Angular or React for intuitive user experiences.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Expertise in GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI systems leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, LLaMA).
• Advanced proficiency in Python, with strong coding discipline (modularity, testing, documentation).
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with MCP and A2A integration for enterprise interoperability.
• Experience building ETL/document pipelines, observability, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and production deployment.
• Familiarity with microservices, and modern architectural patterns.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• UI development experience (Angular or React) is a plus.
