What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing strategic IT infrastructure plans, policies, and procedures that align with Synopsys’ global and regional objectives.
• Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of HPC Engineering infrastructure, including Compute, Citrix, Storage, Networks, and Data Centers to ensure seamless operations.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing a large, diverse team of IT professionals—fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring operational excellence and end-to-end ownership of 24x7 global IT support operations, with a focus on SLA/KPI adherence, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating regularly with business units and stakeholders to understand IT needs, deliver effective technology solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and automation initiatives to drive efficiencies, reduce incidents, and optimize business operations.
• Driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives, focusing on automation and process optimization.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive experience (20+ years) in managing large-scale, 24x7 IT infrastructure delivery programs for global organizations.
• Deep technical expertise in HPC Engineering infrastructure—Compute, Citrix, Storage, Networks, and Data Centers.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire large, high-functioning IT teams.
• Experience with job scheduling and queuing systems such as LSF, SLURM (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong capability in translating complex business requirements into effective strategic IT programs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in IT operations, governance, compliance, and service management (SLA/KPI).
