You Are:
You are a dedicated IT professional with a passion for providing outstanding technical support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With a minimum of 5-8 years of experience, you have honed your skills in troubleshooting and resolving network infrastructure and desktop systems issues. You thrive in environments where you can apply your knowledge of Windows 11 OS, O365, and Active Directory, and you possess the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel effectively. Your scripting knowledge in Python, PHP, and PowerShell, along with your experience in laptop hardware troubleshooting, makes you an invaluable asset to any team. You are adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks, and excel under pressure. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to interact seamlessly with all levels of management and diverse individuals, making you a key player in maintaining the integrity and security of our IT infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
Participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
Conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.
Administer unified communication tools like Zoom and Teams, and handle Remedy & SharePoint workflows.

What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 5-8 years of related IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 OS, O365, Active Directory, and DHCP.
Experience with laptop hardware troubleshooting and unified communication tools like Zoom and Teams.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PHP, and PowerShell.
Familiarity with Remedy and SharePoint workflows is a plus.
