What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading pre-sales technical activities for Ansys Electronics high frequency solutions, including HFSS, SIwave, Q3D, EMC Plus, and Charge Plus.
• Partner with India and APAC sales and channel teams to support account planning and opportunity execution.
• Acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer challenges in India and select APAC accounts.
• Supporting proof-of-concepts, benchmarks, competitive evaluations, and executive technical discussions to drive customer engagement.
• Guiding customers through end-to-end simulation workflows spanning package, board, and system levels.
• Mentoring and developing a team of Application Engineers, defining skill development plans and career pathways aligned with global standards.
• Building and sustaining strong domain expertise across SI/PI, EMI/EMC, and RF/Antenna domains.
• Driving customer onboarding, enablement, adoption, renewals, and technical expansion initiatives.
• Collaborating with APAC and global application engineering leaders to share technical assets, best practices, and customer learnings.
• Providing structured customer feedback to influence product improvements, roadmap priorities, and beta initiatives.
• Representing Ansys India at technical seminars, webinars, user conferences, and ecosystem events.
• Developing reusable demos, reference workflows, and technical enablement material to strengthen India’s technical delivery hub.

What You’ll Need:

• MS/PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent, specialized in Electromagnetics.
• 10+ years of experience in the high frequency domain, with deep hands-on expertise in electronics simulation.
• 5+ years of experience using electronics simulation tools or multiphysics engineering solutions.
• 5+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SI/PI, EMI/EMC, RF, or power electronics simulation domains.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Logical problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and fluency in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a sense of urgency and drive for high performance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
• Leadership presence, cross-cultural collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset.
