You Are:
A seasoned professional with over 12 years of hands-on experience in Design-for-Test (DFT) tools, flows, and methodologies. You excel in communication and presentation, with a knack for listening, understanding, and interpreting customer requirements. Your technical problem-solving skills are exemplary, and you have a proven track record of architecting complex DFT flows and methodologies. You have at least 5 years of experience in people management, where you have successfully built and led high-performance teams. Your leadership skills, combined with your technical expertise, make you an ideal candidate to drive our solutions engineering efforts forward.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing consultation for test solutions during design planning and budgeting stages.
- Conducting test methodology design rules checking during RTL coding stages.
- Implementing DFT compression and automatic test generation (ATPG) for various advanced fault models.
- Architecting and implementing solutions for built-in self-test (Memory and Logic BIST) circuitry to test devices in the field.
- Participating in customer’s design and flow reviews.
- Performing diagnostics analysis and debug.
- Developing methodologies for test automation flow integration with design planning, RTL analysis, logic synthesis, physical design, and sign-off verification tools.
- Creating white-papers on methodology and other documentation as required for projects.
- Providing technical support and expertise for customers using Synopsys test automation tools.
- Offering technical leadership and mentoring other team members.

- Streamlining test automation flows to integrate seamlessly with various design processes.
- Creating valuable technical documentation and white-papers to support project initiatives.
- Providing exceptional technical support to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
What You’ll Need:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience with Design-for-Test tools, flows, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in architecting complex DFT flows and methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in people management and building high-performance teams.
