You Are:

You are a passionate and innovative Sr Staff Analog Design Engineer with a wealth of experience in Analog/Mixed Signal design. You have a deep understanding of designing complex analog circuits such as bandgap references, temperature sensors, ADCs, and oscillators. Your expertise extends to working with the latest technology nodes, and you possess a strong system-level understanding. You are a natural leader, capable of guiding a sizeable team towards achieving their goals while ensuring productivity and career growth for each member. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to drive success. You bring a high level of energy and a positive attitude, always pushing towards mission goals with strong personal values and integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the Analog design for Mixed Signal IPs from architecture development to production silicon.
  • Innovating design techniques to tackle complex challenges in analog design.
  • Designing and overseeing the development of bandgap references, temperature sensors, Sigma-Delta ADCs, DACs, voltage monitoring IPs, and PLLs.
  • Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure the success of projects.
  • Taking ownership of the silicon performance of IPs in production.
  • Mentoring and guiding a team of talented engineers, ensuring their productivity and career growth.

What You’ll Need:

  • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed Signal design for leading-edge technologies.
  • Proven track record of innovation in system modeling, architecture, and design practices.
  • Experience leading large teams and managing complex R&D projects for AMS IP development.
  • Strong knowledge of custom SoC flow and understanding of analog and digital flow and post-silicon test/characterization.

You will join the rapidly expanding Hardware-Analytics and Test (HAT) business unit, specifically within the Hardware Development Group (HDG). This team focuses on the research and development of Analog/Mixed Signal IPs for Silicon Lifecycle Management, driving innovation and excellence in chip design and verification. You will work alongside a talented and dedicated group of engineers, all committed to pushing the boundaries of technology and delivering top-notch solutions to our customers.
