What You’ll Be Doing:
- Apply turbomachinery CFD techniques to support ongoing engineering projects and deliver impactful solutions for our customers.
- Utilize GPU solver tools to analyze and optimize turbomachinery designs, ensuring accurate and efficient simulations.
- Develop and maintain Pythonic workflows to automate and streamline simulation processes, enhancing productivity and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to major business initiatives and secure or expand engagements with key customers.
- Document findings and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computational Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of turbomachinery CFD principles and best practices.
- Experience working with scripted workflows, preferably using Python.
- Familiarity with scientific computing infrastructure and GPU-accelerated simulation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong personal commitment, a proactive attitude, and a passion for innovation.
