What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the product roadmap for Visier, our internal People Analytics platform—overseeing feature development, system enhancements, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and appropriate access controls across the People Analytics environment.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and prioritize key metrics related to employee performance, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various HR systems to uncover trends, generate insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Present insights, recommendations, and actionable intelligence in meetings and presentations to diverse internal audiences.
- Support projects related to workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, and other high-impact people initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to analytics processes, tools, and data governance practices.

- Enhance data literacy across the HR function, fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
- Ensure the security, quality, and ethical use of employee data throughout all analytics processes.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Visier, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with HR systems, such as HRIS or ATS, is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience or coursework in HR analytics, workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, or inclusion and diversity analytics preferred.
