What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Defining, validating, and enabling complex multi-rack FPGA-based systems in a collaborative team environment. 
  • Establishing robust flows and methodologies for rapid product validation setup, ensuring efficiency and repeatability. 
  • Providing technical leadership and architectural direction for innovative design and verification strategies. 
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define technical challenges, and deliver innovative solutions. 
  • Driving the development and integration of advanced hardware emulation strategies on leading FPGA platforms such as Zebu and HAPS. 
  • Leading automation initiatives and workflow enhancements through advanced scripting in Shell, Perl, Python, and C++. 
  • Championing continuous improvement in functional and performance testing on hardware to uphold the highest standards of quality.

What You’ll Need: 

  • 10+ years of EDA, semiconductor, or system software engineering experience with a BS degree or higher. 
  • Proven expertise in design and verification, including technical leadership roles. 
  • Recognized experience with hardware emulation platforms and FPGA-based prototyping use cases. 
  • In-depth knowledge of system-level validation for high-speed protocols (PCIe, Ethernet, USB). 
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and lead engineering teams to achieve technical excellence. 
  • Experience with firmware development and microprocessor integration (preferred). 
  • Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies for design and verification. 
  • Strong skills in developing and validating timing constraints, synthesis, and area estimation. 
  • Project planning and activity management experience. 
  • Advanced scripting proficiency in Shell, Perl, Python, and C++ for automation and process improvement. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder influence. 
  • Experience in product planning, requirements gathering, and definition.
