We Are

We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow.

You Are

You are someone who lives in the details but never loses sight of the bigger picture. You have learned that the success of an event is not about how polished the slide deck looks, it is about whether the booth staff showed up on time, the lead scanner actually worked, and the sales team walked away with conversations that matter. You know that the difference between a forgettable conference presence and one that generates real pipeline usually comes down to a dozen small decisions made weeks before anyone sets foot on the show floor.

You think in checklists, timelines, and backup plans. When a vendor misses a deadline or a keynote speaker cancels, you do not panic. You already have a Plan B, and you are three steps into executing it before most people realize there is a problem. You are comfortable working across borders, languages, and time zones, switching from a budget conversation in English to a vendor negotiation in German without missing a beat.

You understand that in a matrixed organization, getting things done means building relationships, not just sending calendar invites. You do not wait for perfect information or unanimous agreement. You work with what you have, fill in the gaps by asking the right questions, and keep the work moving forward. When an event wraps, you are already thinking about what worked, what did not, and what the data in Salesforce is telling you about ROI.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and execute third-party trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships across Central Europe, owning logistics from venue coordination and booth setup to on-site management and breakdown
  • Coordinate with external vendors, internal marketing teams, sales, and technical staff to ensure every event runs on time, on budget, and on message
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, invoicing, and payment processing, tracking spend and reconciling expenses throughout the event lifecycle
  • Build and maintain lead capture workflows in Salesforce, ensuring quality data flows back to sales and marketing teams for pipeline tracking and follow-up
  • Work directly with field marketing and sales leadership to align event strategy with regional business goals and demand generation targets in Central Europe and broader EMEA
  • Evaluate event performance and ROI using registration data, lead quality metrics, and pipeline contribution, then share findings to inform future event investment decisions
  • Travel up to 20-30% to support on-site event execution, relationship building with customers and partners, and real-time problem solving when things do not go as planned

The Impact You Will Have

  • Drive measurable lead generation and pipeline contribution from events across Central Europe, directly supporting regional sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strengthen Synopsys' brand presence at key industry conferences and trade shows, ensuring consistent messaging and creating memorable experiences that customers and prospects talk about long after the event ends
  • Improve lead quality and follow-up speed by tightening the connection between event execution and CRM workflows, so sales teams can act on hot leads within hours, not days
  • Enable sales teams to have face-to-face conversations with prospects and customers that would not happen through digital channels alone, accelerating deal cycles and deepening relationships
  • Build repeatable processes for event planning, vendor management, and post-event reporting that the broader EMEA marketing team can adopt and scale
  • Reduce last-minute surprises, budget overruns, and logistical failures by managing timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site execution with precision and foresight
  • Contribute data-driven insights on event ROI that help leadership make smarter decisions about where to invest time, budget, and resources in future quarters

What You'll Need

  • You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • You bring 1+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing B2B events, ideally in technology or technical markets where the audience cares about substance over flash
  • You are fluent in English or German, and additional European languages are a plus for working across EMEA
  • You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple events and projects simultaneously without losing track of vendor deadlines, budget line items, or lead follow-up workflows
  • You have experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track leads, manage data quality, and report on event performance with accuracy
  • You are willing and able to travel up to 20-30% across Central Europe and other EMEA regions to support on-site event execution
  • Prior experience working with engineering or technical teams is a plus, as is familiarity with demand generation metrics and marketing automation tools

Who You Are

  • You can walk into a trade show hall at 6 a.m., see that the booth is half-built and the signage is wrong, and fix it before anyone else on the team even knows there was a problem
  • You build trust with sales teams by delivering on what you say you will do, not by overpromising or underdelivering, and they know they can count on you when it matters
  • You can explain to a sales director why an event did or did not generate pipeline in two sentences, backed by data from Salesforce, without getting defensive or vague
  • You do not need perfect instructions to get started, you figure out what is missing, ask the right people, and keep the work moving forward even when alignment is incomplete
  • You are comfortable switching between high-level strategy conversations with leadership and hands-on execution tasks like packing demo units, sometimes in the same hour
  • You approach vendor negotiations and budget conversations with a clear sense of what matters and what does not, and you push back when something does not make sense or does not serve the goal

The Team You'll Be Part Of

You will join a high-performing, collaborative marketing team dedicated to driving growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and elevating the Synopsys brand within this critical sector. You will work alongside experienced marketers, sales professionals, and technical experts who are passionate about teamwork and achieving shared success. You will be part of a global network of marketing professionals, sharing insights, best practices, and creative solutions to elevate our brand and business.

Rewards and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs. Our total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings. Your recruiter will provide more details about the salary range and benefits during the hiring process.
