What You’ll Be Doing:
- Investigate and develop new features for Digital Twin solutions, contributing to the next generation of simulation capabilities.
- Improve and extend DevOps infrastructure to support robust and scalable product development.
- Engage in software development across multiple programming languages, technology stacks, and operating systems.
- Participate in thorough testing and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently pursuing a MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, or a related technical field, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be enrolled in a full-time degree program and planning to return to the program after the internship.
- Proven experience in software development with Python.
- Working knowledge of GIT for version control.
- Excellent software development, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Responsible, motivated, and eager to work as part of a diverse team.
- Preferred: Experience with cloud-based technologies (REST, Docker, Kubernetes), basic software testing (unittests, smoke tests, black-box testing), and development experience with both Windows and Linux environments.
Key Program Facts:
- Program Length: 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week), running May 2026 to August 2026.
- Location: Canonsburg, PA, United States (Ansys HQ).
- Working Model: Remote or Hybrid (in-office required a few days per week).
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time.
- Start Date: May 2026.
