You Are:

You are a passionate and driven circuit design engineer who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment. You have a strong background in CMOS memory development and are eager to apply your expertise to designing high-performance, ultra-low power, and high-density memory solutions. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are exceptional, and you have a keen eye for detail. You are self-motivated, well-organized, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth. You have excellent interpersonal communication and team-working skills, and you are capable of leading and mentoring junior engineers. Your proficiency in English, both verbal and written, allows you to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing CMOS special memories such as MRAM, TCAM, BCAM, and multi-port SRAM.
  • Designing architecture and circuit implementation, focusing on ultra-high speed, ultra-low power, or high-density design portfolios.
  • Performing schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, layout supervision, design verification, and validation.
  • Interfacing with CAD and Frontend engineers for memory compiler automation, EDA model generation, and full verification flow.
  • Performing bitcell development and verification and driving physical layout design and verification.
  • Providing support and/or performing other duties as assigned and required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in embedded CMOS memory development at advanced technology nodes.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded memory design flow, including architecture, circuit design, physical implementation, compiler automation, characterization, timing, and model generation.
  • Proficiency in bitcell design, failure analysis, memory testing methodology, and strong data analysis skills.
  • Expertise in CMOS memory design, circuit simulation, memory layout designs, layout parasitic extraction, and knowledge of layout verification tools and debugging techniques.
