What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be a strategic finance partner to Synopsys’ Global Workplaces & Real Estate leadership and their staffs to influence long-range and annual plans, strategic initiatives, and capital investments.
• Manage, forecast, and report on headcount, recurring costs, investments, and expected returns associated with Synopsys’ global real estate footprint
• Partner with leadership on site selection/disposition analyses
• Execute ad hoc projects as needed to support leadership on key business decisions
• Prepare presentations with recommendations to management
• Leverage the latest analytical tools to deliver support with optimal efficiency
• Collaborate with the broader finance team and indirect resources to meet and exceed responsibilities

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Experience in supporting and scaling major functions or business units efficiently
• Strong financial and operational planning and reporting skills coupled with solid business acumen
• Experience with financial systems including Anaplan and SAP; strong proficiency with Excel
• Must have a desire to Win and Have Fun
