You Are:

You are an accomplished program management professional with a passion for operational excellence and a deep understanding of the semiconductor or EDA industry. You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments where your ability to coordinate, prioritize, and communicate makes a tangible difference. Your experience spans at least a decade in program or operations management for technical programs, and you’re adept at navigating matrixed organizations, balancing multiple projects, and aligning diverse technical teams toward common goals.


You have a proven track record of developing and executing detailed project plans, managing sophisticated timelines, and ensuring seamless cross-functional communication. Your expertise includes supporting R&D teams, understanding the nuances of verification and emulation, and leveraging program management tools to drive accountability and transparency. Your analytical mindset allows you to extract actionable insights from data, and you’re skilled at risk identification, escalation, and mitigation.

Your interpersonal skills are matched by your organizational acumen—you are detail-oriented, proactive, and an advocate for process improvement. You excel at translating high-level strategic priorities into clear operational plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive program and project plans, timelines, and measurable KPIs to align with company strategy.
  • Managing program-level documentation including meeting minutes, action items, decision logs, and ensuring timely task follow-up and closure.
  • Owning team efficiency initiatives such as resource tracking, compute allocations, and license usage optimization.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, ensuring regular, transparent communication and reporting.
  • Facilitating efficient information flow so all stakeholders have immediate access to critical data and documentation.
  • Tracking risks, blockers, and dependencies across teams, escalating critical issues, and monitoring execution against plans to ensure predictability and process health.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s or MBA a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in project coordination or operations management within high-tech or engineering environments.
  • Hands-on experience in the Verification/Emulation domain; supporting R&D or end customers is highly valued.
  • Expert proficiency with program/project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence), communication platforms (MS Teams), and data management software. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of semiconductor development and EDA workflows (RTL, DV, PD, emulation, post-Si, package design).
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
