You Are: 

You are an experienced analog layout engineer with a strong background in electronics or telecommunications. You have hands-on expertise in custom analog layouts, thrive in collaborative, multicultural teams, and are eager to learn new tools and flows. You are detail-oriented, committed to quality, and ready to mentor others while continuing to grow professionally. Your strong communication skills and positive, honest approach make you an asset to any team. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Designing custom analog layout IPs (high-speed IOs, PLLs, DLLs, bandgaps, macros). 
• Optimizing layout for performance, area, and yield. 
• Performing layout verification (DRC, LVS, ERC, ESD, PERC, DFM). 
• Collaborating globally with design, package, and integration teams. 
• Mentoring junior engineers and leading layout blocks as needed. 
• Enhancing layout flows and participating in research for future products.

What You’ll Need: 

• BS in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications. 
• 3+ years in custom analog layout design. 
• Experience with Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Calibre, and ICV tools. 
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes, MOSFET fundamentals, and advanced layout techniques. 
• Strong English communication and technical documentation skills.
