You Are:
You are a highly experienced and motivated professional with a deep understanding of System and SoC level challenges, coupled with a strong background in electrical engineering and chip design. With a minimum of 12 years in the industry, you have a proven track record in business development and presales, particularly within product companies driving tape-outs. You excel in identifying high-value customer problems, shaping industry trends, and proposing innovative solutions that align with market demands. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Your collaborative and team-oriented mindset, combined with your ability to present complex technical information clearly, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading presales activities for customers in Taiwan and the AsiaPac region, ensuring alignment with Synopsys' strategic goals.
- Identifying market growth opportunities, customer challenges, and industry trends to develop and propose Synopsys solutions.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical core teams to devise and implement go-to-market technical strategies.
- Presenting Synopsys' comprehensive solutions, including Tools, IPs, and services, to generate customer interest and engagement.
- Establishing and maintaining strong connections with executive and mid-level customer management.
- Developing detailed solution proposals, including cost and schedule effort estimations, responses to RFIs/RFQs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Partnering with engineering teams to monitor project status, manage risks, and handle change requests efficiently.

- Shaping industry trends by identifying high-value customer problems and proposing innovative solutions.

- Increasing customer engagement and interest in Synopsys' comprehensive solutions.
- Building strong customer relationships, positioning Synopsys as a trusted partner and solution provider.
- Ensuring successful project delivery by partnering with engineering teams to manage risks and handle change requests.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 12 years of industry experience, with a strong background in product companies and driving tape-outs.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Expertise in key verticals such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, and Commercial sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of chip design and industry EDA Tools, IPs, and Services offerings.
- Proven experience in building and implementing efficient and measurable global processes.
