You Are:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Management, Staff to join our team in Hsinchu. You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in the semiconductor or EDA industry, and you have a proven track record in sales and account management. With at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a sales role, you bring a wealth of knowledge in IC design flows and methodologies. You are self-motivated, possess excellent leadership qualities, and have a demonstrated passion to win. Your ability to drive engagements at both management and technical levels, combined with your strong communication skills, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are also willing to travel as required and have experience in developing new territories and accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing strategic accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Expanding accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.
 * Collaborating with technical teams to understand customer’s needs and promote Synopsys solutions.
 * Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize business.
 * Driving engagements at management and technical levels to produce differentiated Synopsys results.
 * Traveling as required to meet with customers and develop new territories and accounts.

What You’ll Need:

 * Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a similar role.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or EDA industry, with at least 3 years in sales.
 * Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field.
* Deep knowledge of IC design flows and methodologies.
 * Ability to travel as required.
