You Are:
As a Software Developer, Sr Associate, you are a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at problem-solving. Your expertise in SAP Invoice to Cash and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) modules, combined with your ability to collaborate across IT, Finance, and Sales teams, makes you an invaluable asset. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively gather business requirements and deliver integrated, scalable solutions. With a strong foundation in computer science and a good understanding of accounting concepts, you are ready to tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to the success of Synopsys.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze business requirements, document technical specifications, and develop ABAP code and configurations in SAP.
- Design and implement robust and scalable solutions to accommodate changing business needs.
- Deliver RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) in SAP Invoice to Cash Business Process, Credit and Collections Management, and its integration with BRIM and SAP Sales and Distribution.
- Develop technical cross-functional solutions using user exits, RESTful and SOAP-based API interfaces for various SAP components in the Invoice to Cash area, integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple applications.
- Perform analysis, design, and setup of Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
- Interact with business stakeholders and global cross-functional teams to gather various business requirements in SAP and deliver system solutions accordingly.
- Document system configuration, prepare, and execute testing scenarios and scripts.
- Evaluate business requirement specifications and develop solution prototypes for demonstrations to key business stakeholders.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve errors and implement bug fixes.

- Improve user satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Foster collaboration between IT, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in SAP Billing, Collections, and Revenue.
- Good process knowledge in Order-to-Cash processes, SD/FICO modules integration, and BRIM processes.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP Project Systems and the RAR module.
- Hands-on experience with development, configuration, and customization in BRF+ and SAP.
- Hands-on experience with ABAP Developments in SAP using Enhancement Framework, BAdI.
- Project experience on interface development with both SAP and non-SAP systems, including IDOC, RFCs, BAPI, and Web Services.
- Ability to read ABAP code and debugging skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing and high-performing team that manages a wide portfolio of applications spanning Sales & Distribution, Revenue Accounting and Reporting, Finance & Controlling, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. You will contribute to the SAP BRIM and S/4HANA Digital Core roadmap journey.
