What You’ll Be Doing:
- Direct and guide a team of engineers in characterizing timing, analyzing timing results, and generating timing models for high-speed SERDES IP.
- Develop and continuously improve timing flow and methodologies to ensure exceptional efficiency and quality in deliverables.
- Conduct thorough design reviews and evaluate final timing views and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Present results of timing assessments and critical issue investigations, offering clear recommendations and actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with established processes to maximize design quality and consistency across projects.
- Consult on timing characteristics of SERDES IP products, proposing innovative solutions for Static Timing Analysis (STA) closure.
- Manage the team from both technical and HR perspectives, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Need:
- BTech / MTech in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 15-25 years of relevant experience.
- Proven team management and leadership experience in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of transistor-level circuit design and CMOS design fundamentals, including FinFET/GAA processes.
- Expertise in setup and hold timing analysis, timing characterization, modeling, simulation, and verification.
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools such as Primetime, Nanotime, or their equivalents.
- Hands-on experience with the physical layout of high-speed circuits is an advantage.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like TCL, Perl, C, Python, or MATLAB for automation and data analysis.
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working effectively in a cross-functional, globally diverse environment.
