You Are:

You’re a skilled analog and mixed-signal designer with strong CMOS fundamentals and experience in high-speed SerDes. You excel in collaborative environments, enjoy mentoring, and are passionate about innovation. You’re detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and thrive on solving tough technical challenges that make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing SerDes standards and developing analog sub-block specs
  • Designing and optimizing high-speed analog circuits
  • Proposing and executing verification strategies
  • Collaborating with layout and digital teams
  • Presenting simulation results to peers and customers
  • Mentoring junior engineers and documenting designs

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years’ CMOS analog/mixed-signal design experience (MASc/PhD/Bachelor’s + exp.)
  • Expertise in transistor-level design and SerDes circuits
  • Hands-on with FinFET layout optimization
  • Proficiency with SPICE simulators, EDA tools, and scripting (Python, TCL, etc.)
  • Knowledge of reliability and ESD design techniques
