Office Manager

You Are:
An experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant who excels in a fast-paced environment. You have stellar interpersonal skills, good judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information. Detail-oriented and proactive, you can manage multiple tasks and build strong relationships within the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as Office Manager for the Marlborough Office primarily focused on:
- Managing schedules and acting as a trusted partner.
- Anticipating business needs and initiating actions.
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Preparing meetings and following up on action items.
- Coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
- Preparing expense reports and managing headcount documentation.

- Enhancing executive team efficiency.
- Facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Ensuring seamless administrative functions.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Organizing key meetings and events.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
