You Are:
An experienced Analog Design Engineer with a passion for developing groundbreaking technology. You possess a solid understanding of analog circuit design principles and have a proven track record of designing, developing, and evaluating analog building blocks. With your excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating complex technical concepts effectively, and continuously seeking to expand your knowledge and expertise in the field of analog design.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and developing common analog building blocks for use in SERDES, DDR, and memory.
- Conducting simulations and verifying the performance of analog circuits to ensure they meet design specifications.
- Identify and refine circuit design to achieve optimal power, area and performance targets.
- Collaborating with product design and layout teams to ensure designs meet customer needs.
- Performing design reviews and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Contributing to the development of design methodologies and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Need:
- Strong background in analog circuit design, including experience with SERDES, DDR, and memory.
- Proficiency in using CAD tools for analog circuit design and simulation
- Knowledge of design for reliability (i.e. EM, IR, aging, etc.).
- Knowledge of layout effects (i.e. matching, reliability, proximity effects, etc.), experience with layout design
- Experience with FinFET and Gate-All-Around technologies is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively.
