You Are:

You are an adaptable and resourceful engineering leader experienced in integrated circuit design and ASIC project management. You thrive in cross-functional teams, take initiative, and consistently deliver quality results. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and define project roadmaps with R&D and Marketing.
• Identify resources, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Drive process improvements and team best practices.
• Collaborate on pre/post-sales support with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Provide regular status updates to management and customers.

What You’ll Need:

• Engineering degree with a BS and 8+ years’ OR advanced degree and a min. of 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IC design and ASIC development.
• Project leadership experience in a high-tech environment.
• Expertise in risk and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
