You Are:

You are an experienced engineer with a strong background in high-speed serial communication and transceiver design. You combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on lab skills, thrive in cross-functional teams, and enjoy mentoring peers. Your expertise in modeling, signal processing, and hardware validation makes you a key contributor to innovative solutions for PCIe and Ethernet protocols.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Defining architecture and specifications for NRZ/PAM4 serial-link transceivers.
  • Modeling system-level performance in Matlab/Simulink/C.
  • Leading simulation and sign-off activities across protocols.
  • Validating silicon performance and algorithms in the lab.
  • Supporting customers with system and algorithmic troubleshooting.
  • Collaborating with analog, digital, and hardware teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • MSc or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, 8+ years experience.
  • Expertise in SERDES modeling (Matlab/Simulink/C).
  • Knowledge of high-speed analog/digital design.
  • Experience with equalization, coding, and CDR architectures.
  • Lab validation of NRZ/PAM4 serial links.
