You Are:

You are an accomplished security and compliance engineering leader with a robust background in cybersecurity, audit, and open-source compliance. You thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments and are passionate about ensuring the highest standards of product security and regulatory adherence. Your experience managing complex certification projects (such as Soc2, ISO 27001, or other relevant frameworks) and follow operational pentests conducted by third parties,is matched by your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You possess a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Your expertise extends beyond technical proficiency; you are a mentor and advocate for best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. You are comfortable driving initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven organization and are energized by the challenge of securing AI-powered engineering solutions. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading certification projects across multiple standards, including Soc2 and other relevant industry frameworks.
  • Implementing and managing robust security management practices for AI engineering simulation products.
  • Coordinating open-source compliance efforts, ensuring all third-party components meet regulatory requirements.
  • Performing regular security audits and risk assessments, documenting findings, and driving remediation activities.
  • Collaborating with engineering, product, and legal teams to design and enforce security and compliance policies.
  • Developing and delivering training and awareness programs on security and compliance best practices.
  • Staying up to date with emerging threats, regulations, and industry standards to continuously enhance our security posture.

What You’ll Need:

  • BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years’ experience, MS with 3 years’ experience, or PhD with 1-year experience
  • Proven experience managing certification projects (e.g., Soc2, ISO 27001, or equivalent frameworks).
  • Strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity, including audit processes and risk management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in open-source compliance and license management.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, engineering simulation tools, and related software development practices.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills for audit and compliance activities.
