In this role, you will play a central part in transforming how Product Operations uses data to drive clarity, alignment, and smart execution across the organization. You will:
• Turn data into impact: Convert complex Product Operations data into clear insights that empower faster, smarter business decisions across engineering and product teams.
• Build trusted data foundations: Design, implement, and maintain the data pipelines, structures, and flows that ensure our teams have reliable, ready‑to‑use information at their fingertips.
• Unearth trends and opportunities: Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify patterns, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities that influence strategy and optimize operational performance.
• Create actionable reporting: Deliver high‑quality dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help teams understand what is happening — and what they should do next.
• Improve how the organization uses data: Partner with cross‑functional teams to simplify access to data, elevate analytical maturity, and strengthen consistency and governance across the Product Operations ecosystem.
• Shape the next generation of Product Operations excellence: Introduce new methodologies, tools, and best practices to continuously refine our processes, strengthen our data culture, and enhance decision‑making capabilities.
* Enable and educate teams: Ensure that teams are well-trained and equipped to understand reports and help in decision making.
* Facilitate collaboration and alignment across various engineering groups and entities;
* MSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or other related;
* Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
* Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques;
* Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks);
* Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for evaluating datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.);
* Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
* Adept at queries, report preparation (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and presenting actionable insights;
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, both to internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to craft actionable messaging to peers;
* Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. Willingness to manage and coordinate stakeholders across a global organization;
* Passion for new problem solving and team cooperation to yield new ideas and proposals, with peers who challenge you to be better;
* The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. And the ability to deal with and thrive on objections.
Preferred Experience:
* 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis roles;
* Demonstrable proficiency Python/Pandas (or similar) and with PowerBI reporting;
* Demonstrable background in Data Management frameworks (DMBOK, etc.);
* Work experience in multicultural environment/international company is a plus.
