You Are:

You are a skilled ASIC Digital Verification Manager professional with a passion for leading and developing high-performing teams. With a deep understanding of RTL design and verification at both the chip and block level, you are adept at managing complex projects and navigating the intricacies of ASIC design and you are challenged by Memory Control protocols like HBM (or DDR/LPDDR). Your technical acumen is matched by your leadership skills, enabling you to guide teams through challenging projects and deliver exceptional results. You thrive in dynamic environments and are always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes. Your communication skills allow you to effectively interact with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes.

You possess a strong foundation in digital design and verification, along with substantial experience in creating and executing verification plans. Your expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and other verification tools is complemented by your ability to mentor and guide junior engineers. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement, always staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing a team of ASIC Digital Verification engineers, providing guidance and mentorship;
  • Creating and maintaining testbenches using SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies;
  • Collaborating with design and architecture teams to understand design specifications, requirements and project timelines;
  • Ensuring the successful execution of verification plan within budget and schedule constraints;
  • Identifying, isolating, and debugging issues in complex ASIC designs;
  • Implementing and optimizing verification environments and test suites;
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on design and verification documentation;
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design quality and efficiency;
  • Mentoring and guiding junior verification engineers.

  • Extensive experience in ASIC digital verification, particularly with HBM (or DDR/LPDDR) protocols;
  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog, UVM, and other verification tools and methodologies;
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and verification processes;
  • Experience with simulation tools and debugging techniques;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
