What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the development and implementation of internal engineering products and services, collaborating with cross-functional design teams;
• Driving and directing engineering teams in both strategic and tactical activities, including defining IP product roadmaps with R&D and Marketing;
• Identifying required resources to ensure timely project deliverables, and escalating issues proactively;
• Resolving complex engineering challenges using fact-based judgment and analytical skills;
• Managing risk and change throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to delivery;
• Defining, promoting, implementing, and continuously improving team and cross-functional engineering processes and practices;
• Participating in pre- and post-sales support activities with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams;
• Providing regular updates to management and customers on project status and progress.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering project leadership roles, preferably within integrated circuit design and verification;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field;
• Full understanding of integrated circuit design methodologies and verification processes;
• Familiarity with ASIC development procedures and lifecycle management;
• Proven ability to exercise autonomous judgment in selecting methods and techniques to solve complex engineering problems;
• Experience in providing regular status updates to management and customers.
