Your verification expertise is complemented by your proficiency in scripting languages, enabling you to automate verification processes for efficiency. You are adept at understanding technical specifications, debugging RTL, creating test plans and a robust testbench that ensures high product quality and reliability through functional coverage. You are motivated by continuous learning, staying up to date with emerging technologies and proactively improve team processes and outcomes. As a senior staff engineer, you are a natural mentor, eager to share your expertise with junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation. You collaborate effectively with architecture and implementation teams, contributing to technical reviews and driving consensus on best practices. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing verification testplans and functional coverage to ensure robust verification of memory interface IP.
  • Implementing SV/UVM testbench infrastructure and creating test cases to verify memory interface training firmware functionality on RTL PHY models.
  • Collaborating with architecture and implementation teams through technical reviews, ensuring alignment and clarity across project phases.
  • Solving verification challenges with strong debugging skills, analytical thinking, interpreting standards and specs, and using advanced debugging tools
  • Mentoring junior engineers, fostering skill development, and cultivating collaborative environment within the team.

What You’ll Need:

  • Expertise in SystemVerilog with hands on experience using simulation, waveform debugging tools, assertions, and coverage analysis techniques.
  • Expertise in scripting languages for regression and build systems (e.g. Python, Perl, Shell, makefiles)
  • Familiarity with Linux development environments and collaborative engineering workflows.
  • Expertise in UVM is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of DDR or memory interface protocols is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field.
