About You:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and data accuracy. You thrive in dynamic environments and possess excellent organizational and communication skills that allow you to build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. As a self-starter, you excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a knack for identifying key information sources and streamlining processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary owner for content and processes addressing customer queries.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to develop content and responses for frequently asked customer questions, including those related to corporate citizenship and sustainability.
- Ensure content consistency with Synopsys' corporate and functional policies.
- Provide timely responses to all customer queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate data.
- Build relationships with leaders at Synopsys to facilitate smooth information flow.
- Identify key sources of information within Synopsys and create processes to efficiently receive and disseminate this information.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer data specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Impact You Will Have:
- Ensure customers are well-informed and satisfied with Synopsys' policies and practices.
- Define and implement new processes to handle customer data requests productively.
- Enhance the capability of the customer information request process through the use of GenAI.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by providing accurate and timely customer data.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient information flow.
- Play a key role in maintaining Synopsys' reputation as a customer-centric organization.
Qualifications:
- At least 15 or more years of experience in sales data analysis and 5 years of team management experience.
- Strong understanding of Synopsys' policies and practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using GenAI or similar technologies to enhance process capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify key information sources and streamline processes for efficient information flow.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
