You Are:

You are an experienced R&D professional with a strong background in project execution and management within the engineering domain. You possess a proven track record in leading complex projects to successful completion, ensuring high quality and adherence to schedules. Your ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and geographical boundaries sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, recognizing and mitigating risks proactively, and developing contingency plans as needed. With your solid foundation in software development, you have experience in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs. You are adept at developing software tools, determining hardware compatibility, and influencing hardware design. Your familiarity with C/C++ coding, data structures, and algorithms is complemented by your desire to learn and explore new technologies. Your prior knowledge in areas such as Hierarchical DFT, 1687, Pattern Porting, Logic Simulation, and Testability Analysis is a significant asset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading key internal projects and deploying Synopsys DFT technologies on customer designs.
• Acting as the focal point of contact, managing all external and internal communications with cross-functional teams.
• Planning and directing project schedules, identifying and escalating issues, and driving problems to resolution.
• Identifying and managing risks, developing proactive contingency plans.
• Designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs.
• Developing software tools, determining hardware compatibility, and influencing hardware design.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of 12+ years of related experience in R&D and project management.
• Proven track record in project execution and overall project management.
• Strong background in software development, including experience with C/C++ coding, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs.
• Prior knowledge in Hierarchical DFT, 1687, Pattern Porting, Logic Simulation, and Testability Analysis.
