What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review and verify customer documentation
- Create, format, edit, and update technical content and diagrams in support of customer documentation
- Review content changes with internal and external authors
- Follow and track assigned tasks from start until completion using a bug tracking tool
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Microsoft Visio is highly beneficial
- Visual design skills to produce appealing, engaging, and detailed documents
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize work, and multi-task
- Knowledge of computer architecture, circuit theory, and integrated circuit design is a plus
- 3rd year engineering student having taken a technical writing course OR 3rd year post-secondary student with demonstrated ability in technical writing focused on technology-related content
