What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review and verify customer documentation
• Create, format, edit, and update technical content and diagrams in support of customer documentation
• Review content changes with internal and external authors
• Follow and track assigned tasks from start until completion using a bug tracking tool

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with Microsoft Visio is highly beneficial
• Visual design skills to produce appealing, engaging, and detailed documents
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize work, and multi-task
• Knowledge of computer architecture, circuit theory, and integrated circuit design is a plus
• 3rd year engineering student having taken a technical writing course OR 3rd year post-secondary student with demonstrated ability in technical writing focused on technology-related content
